Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase not including weekends or national holidays.

United States Shipping Options  

USPS First Class Mail: Please allow 2-5 business days (not including holidays) for your items to arrive. You can track your items at www.usps.com with the tracking number provided on your order's shipping confirmation email.  

USPS Priority Express Mail: Please allow 1-3 business days (not including holidays) for your items to arrive. You can track your items at www.usps.com with the tracking number provided on your order's shipping confirmation email.  

 

International Shipping Options

USPS International First-Class Mail: Please allow 10-30 business days for your items to arrive. You can track your items with the tracking number provided on your order confirmation sent to your email. NOTE: International mail may be subject to longer transit times based on the receiving country's customs department processing times. **international parcels may be subject to import or duty fees based on the receiving country's customs regulations. Please note ENBOIS LLC or its partners are NOT responsible for any import or duty fees imposed by the receiving country's customs department. *Please note - ENBOIS LLC or its partners are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit to any country outside the United States of America.

Return Policy

Please note: All sales are FINAL. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. To qualify for a return your order must be disputed within 30 days of the time of order. Items that are incorrect in size or defective are the only circumstances subject for return. Please allow up to 10 days of transit time back to our facility in order to process your return or exchange. In order to process a return please contact us at support@EnboisByMaxim.com and provide us with the name of purchaser and order number. If this information is not available we cannot process the return or exchange.

We are required to collect sales tax for orders processed and delivered in the state of Florida.
